Cancellation policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Customers can cancel their booked rooms for free 07 days before the actual check-in date. In case the customer does not check-in, the penalty fee will be 100% of the total room rate booked. For cancellations that comply with the policy, the paid room fee will be refunded within 07 &#8211; 14 working days.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.2. Check-in\/Check-out Time Change Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Customers can change the check-in\/check-out date free of charge if they notify the staff 07 days before the actual check-in\/check-out date.
